ALERT AND RELAXED IN BODY AND MIND.

Greetings.  I began my bodywork studies in 1982 with reflexology.  One thing

led to another and by 1991 Eureka!! my vocation and my home – Eureka Springs,

Arkansas – an historically interesting, artistically quirky, drop dead gorgeous small

town nestled in the Ozarks.

Massage is an umbrella term which covers a broad spectrum of techniques and

modalities.  There are techniques to soothe and pamper as well as to energize

and refresh.  My clients tell me I work more “therapeutically but without the pain”

they have experienced with other therapists.

If you never have had a massage, i would be delighted and honored to help you

decide what to explore.  For those who have massage and bodywork experience,

i offer you the opportunity to deepen your understanding and enjoyment of the

therapeutic value of massage.

I like to personalize your session to best address your needs and concerns.  My

interest is to help you feel where you hold your tension…your stuff…so you can

let go of it.  Dragging around this “stuff” makes each of us dis-stressed, tired and

eventually dis-eased.  It really is easy to move toward well-being when we know how

to relax.  We must be at rest in order to heal.

I believe you will benefit from my work because I love what I do and I do what I

love.  My intention is to help you feel better.

I work in a safe, comfortable, quiet office which is centrally located with easy,

free parking.  My office is a green and white cabin which is part of a group of

cabins know as the Picket Fence Shops on W. Van Buren (Hwy 62W)

between the two Best Western Motels.

Besides massage and energy work, I offer Digestive Health Assessments and Lymph

Decongestion sessions.

I also work with talented and skilled therapists to provide Couples and mobile services.
